Temporary Shipping Update for US Customers

We'll be straight with you: we're in a transition period — and it's one we're genuinely excited about.

What's happening right now

All US orders are currently being fulfilled directly from our workshop in Italy. This means delivery times for US customers are running 2–3 weeks while we complete this logistics upgrade. We know that's not ideal, especially for builders mid-project, and we appreciate your patience.

The good news? This transition won't last long — we expect to be back to normal within 30 days.

What's not changing

Your support experience stays exactly the same. Our team at the Polo Creations RC workshop is still fully behind every order, every question, and every build. Same people, same expertise — just with a temporary detour on the shipping route.

What's coming — and why it matters

One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we hear from both new and returning customers is delivery times. We hear you, and we've been working on a real, permanent fix.

We're partnering with Amazon Fulfillment to handle all logistics for the US, Canada, and Mexico. Once live, most orders will ship in 1–2 days — a before-and-after moment for how Polo Creations RC operates.

This isn't a patch. It's a full logistics upgrade that puts your order closer to you, always.

One more thing: shipping costs

Once the Amazon Fulfillment integration is live, shipping costs for US, Canada, and Mexico will return to normal rates. The current higher shipping cost reflects the temporary international fulfillment from Italy — it's not our new standard, just a short-term reality while we make this upgrade happen.
