The taillights will use the center wing mount bar to be secured with nylon zip ties, impossible to break.
If you decide to buy only the headlights or only the taillights, the power distribution board is not needed. If you plan to get both, it's recommended to get the power distribution board because the lights will use the fan port, in that case, you can connect the power distribution board to th fan port and then you can connect all the lights and also the fan to the power distribution board.
